Karen Maezen Miller, author of Momma Zen: Walking the Crooked Path of Motherhood, will show parents how simple Zen insights resolve everyday parenting dilemmas, conflicts and fears.
Supervised activities for children 3 years and older willbe provided while parents attend presentation.
